Marie started her career as an employment litigator who quickly found herself eager to proactively build work environments that wouldn’t end up being litigated in a courtroom. She also gained extensive experience attracting professional and hourly talent in a tight labor market and building lasting organizational development programs that made core values more than lip service. In the last year, Marie made an exciting career pivot, combining her love for all things HR and technology and joined a talent acquisition technology company as a product marketer. In her new role, Marie is championing how technology can enable HR and talent acquisition to deliver the consumer-grade experience today’s workforce expects and, critically, positively impact their company’s bottom line.
